We grow 8 grape varieties in 4 distinct vineyards around 2 villages.

Two all-important tenets apply to our labor in each site: first, we have completely replaced the use of herbicides by manual and machine-aided work, and second, to ensure the highest quality crop and to cut down on the application of chemicals in general, we maintain a transparent, well-exposed canopy.
